The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, have all original tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
